Composed of 100% polyester fibers bonded via thermal fusion, forming a three-dimensional disordered cross-linked structure for high porosity and robust mechanical integrity (no delamination risks).
Key Advantages:
High Dust Capacity: Captures ≥85% of 5-10μm particles (ASHRAE 52.2 MERV 8 rating).
Reusable Design: Washable (≤40°C water) or cleanable via air-jet pulse (recommended replacement at 250Pa ΔP; ≥5 reuse cycles).
Roll Stock Availability: Supplied in 1-3m wide rolls for custom die-cutting.
